→ 2.5 hours of standard legal services (e.g., document review, drafting, negotiations)
Rollover: Unused standard hours do not roll forward

Advisory

For companies who need help with more complex projects from time to time, but would rather have a more evenly distributed legal spend.

Included each month:
→ Unlimited informal advisory guidance (email, calls, Slack/Teams)
→ 7.5 hours of standard legal services (e.g., document review, drafting, negotiations)
Rollover: Unused standard hours roll forward, capped at 40 total hours
Non-rollover: Advisory time does not roll over and is nonrefundable

Outside GC

For companies who need a part-time general counsel, who knows the company's business and can lead the company's legal function.

Included each month:
→ Unlimited informal advisory guidance (email, calls, Slack/Teams)
→ A pre-agreed number of hours of standard legal services (e.g., document review, drafting, negotiations)
Rollover: Unused standard hours roll over for up to one year; no cap on number of hours
Non-rollover: Advisory time does not roll over and is nonrefundable

Basic Terms

The following basic terms apply to all subscription options:

Overages: Work beyond available standard hours is billed at standard hourly rates
Reporting: Monthly invoice showing usage and remaining rollover hours
Hands-Off Billing: Subscription billing runs on automatic monthly payment to keep things predictable and hands-off
Flexibility: Either party may terminate on 30 days’ notice; accrued standard hours remain usable post-termination
